Potential Customer Feedback

After interviewing and meeting with 16 potential customers from 10 different states and 3 different professions (student, nurse, pilot), we were able to identify few problems that helped us decide our product focus.

Problem identification:

  • Pet owners do not maintain and have easy
    access to their pet’s health records

  • Continuous and constant vitals monitoring can
    help veterinarians detect health problem

Product Focus:

  • Around the clock vitals monitoring

  • GPS tracking

  • Long Battery Life

  • Health record organization
